Aoa Dr, i have excessive Nightfall problem since 2015. its been 7 happens 10-12 times a month i have taken treatment from different herbalists(Hakeem) and homeo doctors but didn't get a cure .. i feel alot of mental and physical weakness. plz suggest me what should i do..
