I would like to seek your professional advice regarding a longstanding issue. During foreplay, I do not experience any discharge. However, when intercourse begins and penetration occurs, I ejaculate within approximately 30 seconds, regardless of whether my erection is fully firm or not. This problem has been present for several years, and it is affecting my confidence and sexual performance.
