Dear, If he had any issue before he would have not married with your sister. I guess he might have anxiety issue i.e performance anxiety. If its psychological issue then see a psychologist and if it is related to sexual health then see an endocrinologist. But dont involve yourself or any other person in this issue it may harm their relation, let it solved by them.
I am not a doctor, wishing good luck to newly married couple.
Testing would be wastage of money.First of detailed history from.couple is taken. Then evaluated via tests.If there is issue of tecnique is there it is addressed.Performances anxiety is addressed via psycho and sex therapy.
I think some time should be given to the couple , immediate tests and consultation will arose some social issues. If no obvious reasons like Diabetes, Hypertension and Overweight, hold on.
