Talk to Sexologist on Semen During Urination

Hello Doctors I am 30 years old (Unmarried) . My marriage will be in this month In Sha Allah
I have a problem of Semen discharge During urination. Semen discharge Usually starts when the Urine is at about to end .
This problem often occurs when I Did not discharge during sleep or when I did not discharge myself for about 2 weeks ( through masturbation)
So when I masturbate then this problem resolves automatically
Please suggest what is the issue

You need not worry at all .It is normal you can have masturbation once a week . If you ejaculate under 3 minute you need treatment of premature ejaculation
it's normal response of ur body if continues discharge than take treatment

when I did not masturbate for about two weeks then this problem starts.
But when I gets masturbation then this problem solves automatically on the same day

I means when I did not discharge myself for 14 to 20 days then Usually I see a semen during urination. But Once I do the masturbation then this problem vanishes. And then I did not notice any semen during Urination .
For the safe side I had also done URINE test. You can also check it

u can do masturbation once in a month or twice in a month to avoid this problem

No Sir I did not have any previous history. I am completely fit Alhamdulliah
