Dear respectable Doctors , im facing anxiety for 14 years, i have met with many experienced psychiatrist and they give me medicine but im not fine to take medicine , Even i saw with the most telented Doctor Syed Mubeen Akhter but i think the medicine is not sulotion of this, Someone told me to treat by psychologist but i think im not able to recover by treatment, but Alhamdulillah im fighting with this illness oneday i will beat it inshallah , its not a big issue but if you have telented psychologist ,,, have Any professional psychologist here who guide me what to do? I pray to Allah that everyone here be in the protection of Allah ta'ala,,, Again im asking if there is an experienced psychologist who guide me to solve ??? Murtaza karachi

That's good you analysed that medicine is not the solution of anxiety means your negative or over thinking. I have treated a lot of patients having medication but there anxiety still there. No Madam I don't lose hope its anxiety disorder , I know its a big issue but believe me i can beat it, Everything is done By Allah ..... Not by Anxaity, Depression , If you have Strong Mind and believe on Allah So i think Anxaity is nothing infront of you but if you 100%B
