My father is 68 years old and has diabetes. A month ago, he experienced heart issues. An echocardiogram revealed his mitral valve area was 0.98 cm². After undergoing PTMC (Percutaneous Transvenous Mitral Commissurotomy), the valve area improved to 1.8 cm². However, he still suffers from anxiety. What treatment options remain?
