Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Cervical Issue

I am facing cervical pain with body sensation along high bp. Ataching my prescription the medication I am taking. Bp is controlled Alhumdullilah but sensation is come and go. Sometimes intensity is strong when I do some work. Can't go for MRI because of extreme claustrophobic. Started physiotherapy since yesterday. Sometimes feels numbness in hand and leg fingers. Pain in both arms. When I stand and walk intensity of sensation is almost gone but when i sit i feel the sensation in head hand and face not too strong but thr is. Kindly prescribe what to do.All my labs are fine
