Have had many patients visit me for lipomatosis. I would recommend you to visit relevant general surgeon and get physically evaluated. Lipomas are usually not excised unless indicated. In case, your surgeon recommends excision, please proceed accordingly in relevant clinical context. Would like to recommend you to show that histopathology to any oncologist in your approach. But your initial visit should be to a general surgeon instead.
