Ringing Noise in both ears one is louder than other , one ear can hear the whooshing sound ( blood Flow Noise ) while sitting and lying down , gets better at certain head position and lying on one side , climbing stairs can hear the whooshing and heart beats goes away aftet sitting down in few seconds . Closing opposite ear with ear plug or finger the whooshing noise disappear .
