my father is a heart patient, yesterday at night he felt left arm & leg numbness and after that heavy head and lips involuntary movement, we visited cardiology and everything was normal their, his bp was 137/80 at that time, we visited ER they asked abt face expression and other examination, then they said its pk no stroke, and he is feeling now ok, when he try to sleep same issue occur
Get a neurologist evaluation done . He may need Holter monitoring and MRI brain
Parkinson disease may be the possibility, may start antiparkinson treatment after consulting Neurologist.
