Salam, I face difficulty coordinating the movements needed for speech, and i cannot organise the sentences. actually, men apni baar ko achy tareeky se express nahi kar pata, men apny dimag men soch rha hota hun but unable to express it in a sequence. or facial expressions bhi affect huwy hen. I researched about it which i found ke i have Apraxia of Speech. i don’t know it is what the exact problem or something else. fact: i had an accident, ek baar 8 ft ki peak se gira tha, or men sar ke bal gira tha, mtlb mera sar zameen pr laga and i was unconscious for 5 hours.
