Talk to Gynecologist on Heavy Irregular Bleeding

I had my regular cycles, but in this month I got heavy menstrual bleeding with large clots for about 18 days continously. I took ponstan Forte and transamine capsule BD for 1 week but no decrease in flow. Then I took primolut n tablet BD, after taking primolut n for 1 day, my periods stopped. I got my ultrasound pelvis done, there was no issue. Due to heavy flow, I have become anemic. Can I use primolut n for 21 days BD? Plz suggest treatment. Thank you.
