Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on L5 Vertbral Compression Factured With Factured Bone

in August 18 I fall bike that factured my l5 vertebral with compression Dr recommend operate but I refused to take bed rest 3 moth after my xray report say mild to moderate compression of l5 vertbral is evident especially superior end plate and upper part of the body resulting mild height reduction. l4/ l5 space disc reduced according to my mri edema minimal retropulsion of compression l5 vertebral and then I go phisotherpist he apply ultrasound like fluid by machine my pain present l5 side but not riadiate in leg it's around 7 day I felt no better in pain but this pain mild in mri muscle spam also present please I used tlso and go phisotherpist. please answer honestly thank you so much
