Pentasa During Preganancy

Question

M Ulcerative colitis patient from past 6 years.but its in remission from last year. I was taking 4 pentasa 500 mg daily . But when i got pregnant i skipped meds to be on safer side. But from last 3 days m facing diarrhoea issue and m scarred if it gets worse. I want to ask is it safe to take pentasa during pregnancy? Should i continue now?
