Talk to Gynecologist on Two Placental Lacunae, Twenty Two Weeks

I'm Alhumdulilah twenty two weeks pregnant and I suffered from a fall on my back. no bleeding but ultrasound says 'two hypoechoic are noted within placenta likely placental lacunae' doc also said some blood vessels are 'exposed in my placenta.
can someone pls clarify? is it harmful or can it be resolved? I have a prior c sec. attached reports below.
