I have been suffering from an external vaginal skin problem for approximately one year. The infection affects the entire outer genital area where underwear comes into contact with the skin. I experience severe itching, redness, rashes, and swelling, especially after scratching. Over time, the skin has become darkened and sometimes appears reddish and inflamed. I have used Gynosporin ointment for a long period, but there has been no improvement. The itching is persistent and uncomfortable, and the skin condition worsens with friction and moisture.
