It's called dercum disease, but better to consult your local General surgeon, if they are painful or increasing rapidly in size then needs biopsy. Otherwise just leave them as you cannot do much about them

Best would be to get one removed and sent for Histopathology.

Dear sister, this needs, physical examination. Most of the time one can diagnose on examination. At the most, Fine Needle Biopsy can be done instead of Ultrasound. Even it may not be needed. However, if appropriate surgical removal and microscopic examination will be needed.
