Talk to Gynecologist on Seeking A Professional Second Opinion Regarding My High-risk Pregnancy

Assalam o Alaikum respected doctors, I am seeking a professional second opinion regarding my high-risk pregnancy and would truly appreciate guidance from experienced gynecologists / MFM specialists. Brief history: • 1st pregnancy: miscarriage at 4–5 weeks • 2nd pregnancy: preterm birth at 18 weeks • Currently pregnant (3rd pregnancy) Current condition: • On strict bed rest • Minor subchorionic hematoma still present on follow-up ultrasound • On & off spotting • Taking Loprin daily (started around 8 weeks) Cerclage concern: My treating doctor in Hyderabad advised against cerclage initially due to hematoma. She is now suggesting that I travel to Hyderabad at 17–18 weeks for cerclage. However, I am extremely anxious because my previous loss also occurred at 18 weeks, and waiting till that time scares me a lot. She has therefore advised me to seek a second opinion in Karachi, and proceed with cerclage earlier if any doctor considers it safe and feasible. ➡️ I would like to clearly mention
