Talk to Gynecologist on Suggestion About Medicines In Pregnancy

i am now fourteen weeks three days pregnant .before this i was lived in Saudi Arabia. where doctor prescribed me folic acid , duphaston twice a day and progesterone injection which started from week 5 and doctor said inject this injection till 16 weeks of pregnancy because i had brown discharge diagnos with subchorionic hematoma .but in few weeks sporting issue resolve.At Nine weeks i come pakistan and here gyne prescribed me Myofol tablet at the place of folic acid and start iron tablet with duphaston twice a day and prescribed Gravbian injection 2ml . now at the beginning of fourteen weeks 2 days gyne change my medicines now she prescribed me Iberet Folic tablet one time ,one natal capsule (omega 3) twice a day and vitowell multivitamin tablet in night . she said now stop duphaston myofol, iron tablet only takes these and stop Gravbian injection now .My question is that now it is safe to stop Gravbian injection . and one more thing i asked you in vitowell multivitamin ingredients V
