Talk to Gynecologist on Not Conceiving, Reports Attached

Married for 11 years. I have a 10-year-old son. I conceived the first time soon after marriage without any treatment. After that, I did not conceive for 7 years. I started treatment at the end of 2022 and got pregnant in early 2023, but at 8 weeks there was no growth or heartbeat, and I had a miscarriage. I did not take any treatment after that and have not conceived since. I am now 38 years old. I am attaching my recent reports. Can someone please suggest what to do next?
