Elbow Fracture In Road Accident

Question

I have injured in road accident 3 days before, and experienced a comminuted fracture in humerus. Orthopedics here are requested to see the CT-Scan report and advise whether surgery is must needed in this case?, if so then please advise expected cost.

Report has not mentioned whether it is displaced or not. IA pieces are not mentioned.
However Fixation of the fracture is essential. As it is intraarticular and will damage the joint, if not fixed.

Need to see XRay and CT films for definitive recommendations. Probably you need surgery as plaster treatment may cause stiffness in your elbow.
