Talk to Psychiatry on Seeking Urgent Help

Hello Doctors, I’m a 21-year-old male and I’m struggling mentally and emotionally, and it’s starting to affect every part of my life. I’m posting here because I genuinely need professional help and guidance. For quite some time, I’ve been experiencing depression, constant zoning out, low mood, and a complete lack of motivation. I procrastinate a lot, feel lazy even when I want to improve, and I’m unable to focus on my career or daily responsibilities. This has created intense career stress and anxiety. I’m also dealing with porn addiction, including content that deeply conflicts with my religious and moral values. This causes extreme guilt, shame, and mental distress, and I feel trapped in a cycle I can’t control. Along with this, I feel emotionally weak, submissive, and low in confidence as a man, which is damaging my self-esteem badly. Other symptoms I’m experiencing: Loss of humor and emotional numbness Very low confidence and self-worth Feeling mentally and physically weak Insomnia
