Talk to Dermatologist on Corn On Finger

Since 2-3 months Ive had thick callused skin on my finger it started looking like a blister initially but it was hard and more like a corn, at times it was also a bit tender to touch more like a sharp pain. Yesterday i tried to get rid of the hard skin as i thought its mainly due to friction so smoothing it out might make it better, i carefully shaved a little skin with a sterilised blade and it actually got much better, the pain was also gone but there was a tiny red dot inside that thick trapped skin which was now visible after shaving and no it wasn’t due to shaving it was actually something inside which I feel was visible after getting rid of that top layer, i wiped it off with alcohol and applied Vaseline. Everything was fine until Later at night i accidentally hit my finger on the wall and this red dot started bleeding and since then this red thing has now protruded and it’s extremely painful as if some sharp/pointed needle like thing is inside.
