Talk to Dermatologist on Burning Sensation In Winter

Hello, I am a 23-year-old male from Pakistan. During winter, my skin becomes extremely dry, and tiny flakes start to appear. To manage this, I use liquid paraffin on my body because regular lotions available in Pakistan do not seem to work for me. Whenever I go into a closed room or walk in sunlight during winter, I experience an intense burning sensation on my skin. This burning sensation often leads to red rashes and significantly affects my daily routine. The same symptoms also occur when I feel nervous or anxious. The problem resolves on its own once winter ends. I have tried using antihistamine tablets, but they did not provide any relief. I would sincerely appreciate it if you could offer any advice or suggest a suitable treatment or prescription. Thank you very much for your help.
