Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Allergy While Feeling Warmth In Winter

I'm a university student from Multan. I am experiencing allergy problem for five years and visited specialist many times but if no use. Last year, I visited skin specialist and continued treatment for 3 months but no result. Then this year I went to allergy center, they did five tests but there nothing appeared in tests, then got IgE serum test which was 32.9(result). Then again again referred me to skin specialist and now I don't know what to do. Only in winter, when I feel warmth; in sun or shade, I feel allergy on my whole bode in severe condition but as I go to cold or wash my face and arms with cold water,it disappears till there is water only. it starts from early November to late April. Have anyone ever treated such a case?
