Hypothyroidism Since Childhood

Question

I am taking levothyroxine tablet since many years. Recently my tsh levels were above 90 . I am facing insomnia since 2 years. Despite taking medication my tsh levels are high. What should i do now. Hairfall is also extreme. Headache often during night. And I am facing confusion and memory problems.
