salam Doctors, From last year i am facing Knee cracking issue, I am a student ( I sit for 8 hours long) and i am not into exercise, I am quite chubby ( 81kg). Now the issue is that Whenever i put hand on my knee it feels weak like their is not mass and when i try to straight my leg i feel cracking sound, and while offering namaz their is cracking sound. Addition to this i feel lower back pain sometimes. Few of my friends saying you destroyed yourself due to excess masterbation and Adult activities.

kindly help me to recover, Any exercise or test recommendations?

Way you described your complaints, looks like you have issues with your knee cap .
Reduce your weight and bring your BMI to 25
Avoid prolong sitting, even if you are sitting try to keep your legs straight.
If you feel pain take following medicine
Ibuprofen 400 mg
1+1 after food
Omeprazole 20mg
1 tablet at night if you feel heartburn or pain in Stomach
