age 23, mere upper arm muscle men injection lga tha, Clindamycin for flu, but wahan se 4 inch area, numb hogea hai or hard bhi hogea hai .,or wahan pain bhi bohat zeyada hai , 8 days ho gaye hen .hand movement pr bhi pain HOTA hai. is it dangerous? is it treatable,? what should I do now?

Better to see any orthopedic Surgeon near you for proper assessment and than necessary investigations to establish the diagnosis. May be a Nerve irritation or injury due to injection. May need Nerve Conduction Study after physical examination by Orthopedic Surgeon.
