how it started one morning when she gets up suddenly she start saying that room is spinning and now when ever she turns head in bed or gets up in bed she has a sensation of room spining first we consult with general physician he told us that it is due to weakness and prescribed some b complex syrups and haemaccile drops and methacobal injections along with nerobione injections but she has no recovery after that we consult with ENT specialist she prescribed stugeron tab 24 mg serc forte fexet tab but she has no recovery now what we has to do to whom we should consult can we do MRI or ct scan please if someone guides us
