I would like to understand whether my severe pulmonary hypertension is caused by my 4 mm premembranous VSD or if there is another reason behind it. At the same time, my left ventricle has been repeatedly reported as dilated, which is very confusing for me. I do not clearly understand what exactly my condition is and why this is happening. My symptoms started about 6 years ago, and since then I experience significant shortness of breath whenever I perform any physical activity.
