Please if someone who is reading my post is a doctor who can treat my addiction help me I'm stuck in this shit for the last 8 years and this has ruined my life I swear I have nothing left now no reason to live i have even tried a suicide and now I'm in extreme depression and I can't find a way out of it pls pls someone any psychologist who can help me pls help me, I was not a filthy guy I was good practicing religious guy I got in this filth and now it has shattered my soul and my body I have lost my weight, my sleep, my hunger, my energy my enthusiasm my each & everything please help me?...

Now, I will tell you exactly what you need to do. Your addiction is chronic. It will take time to detoxify. You must get admitted in a rehablitation institute. They have all the quipments and medications that will reduce your withdrawal symptoms. Going through withdrawals on your own will be very painful. With detailed assessment and a proper line of treatment, you will get well and In Sha Allah, back in your normal life. Relapses are common. Try to stick to the psychiatrist's treatment and clinical psycholigist's therapies. Then this rocky road will become bareable. I wish you good health.

doctor I Don't think it's possible for me to get admitted in a rehabilitation center while I'm concerned about looking for a psychologist but I'm confused as well first which doctor should I go psychiatrist or a psychologist if both which to be first and I am Abit afraid of taking medicines the psychiatrist medicines doctor should I take those if the doctor recommend me can you please further give some info to me.

In case of beating addiction, visiting a psychiatrist comes first all the time. Is your support system (family and friends) available for your help? If yes, then ypu can try to go through detoxification without admission ( which will be tough). However, you need a psychiatrist for supervision anyways. Get well soon.
