Start nuception nutrifactor once a day for yourself, tryception nutrifactor once a day for husband , start loprin 75 mg before conception , n as soon as you concieve start support of pregnancy after consulting a good gynaecologist, in non pregnant state you can get APLS workup once now n then after 12 wks .. iA everything will be alright , also dont delay conception as with age incidence of down syndrome n other chromosomal anomalies increase .
