Ovaries are the main source of estrogen, so insha Allah after removal symptoms will be under control, n adenomyosis is in the uterus , so when uterus goes it will adenomyosis along , but the hormones that are given after surgery sometimes trigger the residual tissue if left behind unintentionally.. also estrogen can come from other sites as well , but 90 percent of symptoms will resolve iA .. before surgery try to start tablet vissane 2 mg once a day for some time ..
