I'm having recurring yeast infection from past year (it specifically happens 8-10 days before my periods) doctors ke pas bhi gyi dawa li aur temporarily thik hogya but next month se phir wohi. Pehly toh wazeh curd like discharge hota tha laikin ab sirf white liquid discharge hai or boht chotey chotey particles discharge hotey (barely visible) hain but itching bhi hai aur periods ko bhi delay kartey hain. jab periods a jatey hain 6-10 din late honey ke Baad phir us ke Sath large yeast particles discharge hotey hain. Please guide me mein Kiya karu

Capsule fluconazole 150 mg once a day on thursday sunday n wednsday , then follow up after one week , if it is recurrent you can try another anti fungal too ,,, preferabley you should get HVS for Culture n sensitivity
