Asking For Wife, Female 43, sialkot
if hb is 13.6 , Iron is 149, Tibc 327 , Saturation 45.57 but ferritin is 28.4 which was last month 23.2. does low ferritin cause shortness of breath , fatigue ,heartbeat tachycardia, .. n do I need initially IV injection kind then carry on with multivitamins .. yr earliest response would be greatly appreciated
