Start augmentin 1 gm twice a day for 7 days, tablet brufen twice a day for 7 days, capsule risek 40 mg once before breakfast, for breast boil , Start glucophage 500 mg three times s day for insuline resistance n pcos like condition, start myoinositol once a day for 3 months , get laser for facial hair after pcos n weight is controlled, if you are obese you can consider injection ozempic or semtex tablets . You must lose weight for better quality of life , calories deficit n portion control is better for you , if one meal a day or intermittent fasting triggers migraine . You can consult endocrinologist too for all your problems alongwith gynaecologist
