Talk to Dermatologist on Acne Vulgrus Closed Comodones Black Head White Head Active Acne 2-3 Pimple Otherwise Scars

I’m now dealing with closed comedones (especially on my forehead), blackheads and whiteheads on my nose and chin, and occasional inflamed pimples. I’m also noticing some marks and uneven texture.

My skin is combination with an oily T-zone, and it feels quite congested right now. I would prefer to avoid oral medications and focus on topical treatments.

I was thinking of starting a retinoid like adapco gel for comedones and using benclin gel for active acne. Could anyone please guide me if this approach is suitable and how to use it correctly?
