Talk to General Surgeon on Some Light Muddy Fluid Discharge From Anus

hi doc. so I am experiencing some discharge of light muddy fluid (light yellowish color) from my anus every time i pass gas or i pass stool.. i am not experiencing severe pain but ya a bit of irritaton and little to mild pain i experience when I wash the area. there is no unusual swollowness on area. I do had a perianal abycss last year 2 times but they were well treated. I am facing this issue for 3-4 days now.. can u please suggest what i shall do.. is physical examination neccessory for this???
