i need to urinate after every 3 to 4 hours usually. there is caffeine in the tea and caffeine can increase this problem. you mentioned above that its good to stop evening tea but no need to stop morning tea. i can get good results if i will avoid drinking tea completely? i take aripiprazole 15 mg with plain water after tea and breakfast. what is the advantage of drinking tea in the morning instead of avoiding tea? i can drink tea in afternoon instead of drinking it in morning?

during breakfast i drink tea and after that i take the dose of aripiprazole 15 mg with plain water in morning. i stopped drinking tea but not in morning. after 2 weeks i want to avoid drinking tea in morning also. there is caffeine in the tea. why i should'nt avoid tea completely? there is any benefit of tea? there should be how much duration between tea and aripiprazole 15 mg?
