Talk to Cardiologist on Palpitation, Dizziness, Chest Pain

Sir I had echocardiophy, ecg and exercise tolerance test 20 days ago by doctor shakeel cardiologist at happy heart clinic Faisalabad.all three were normal. sir should i again have echocardiophy after that bump, missed beat incident?? Also sir is the chest pain that i usually feel cardiac?? Like i sometimes feel pain in back of the chest near wings, sometimes in center of chest, sometimes in right side, sometimes in left side, sometimes near rib cage end near kidney. All these pains come at different time, they do not happen at all these locations at a single time but at one of these locations at a specific time..and also feel slightly dizziness while taking meal or while performing night tasks? i also had shortness of breath before coming to doctor shakeel but after his vitamin and muscle strain medicine, the shortness of breath problem solved but i still feel these pains that i describe above and little dizziness sometimes as described above.Can you please guide me about this matter.
