Talk to Gynecologist on Preiods Delayed

The patient is not getting her periods. Her last period date was 7 March. On 12 March, she had unprotected intercourse and on the same day she took ECP pills (emergency contraceptive pills) around 12 PM to prevent pregnancy. On 18 March, she had bleeding for one day with heavy flow. After that, her condition became normal. Then suddenly on 18 April, she started having severe lower abdominal pain. The pain is very intense and unbearable, coming in waves (sometimes more, sometimes less). She is also feeling nausea and a sensation of vomiting. Now her periods still have not arrived on 19 April.
