Talk to Ent Specialist on Cholesteatoma

Hi , I am from Peshawar, Pharm-D final Year student , Diagnosed with Cholesteatoma. Visited to another Doc , He said don't go for surgery. Then he advised C/S . I am resistant to all oral antibiotics except injectables (like meropenem, Sulzone etx). Then he prescribed Inj Sulzone 1g BD for 5 days. Also Referred me to another Doctor for his opinion. Today I visited him and he also asked for Surgery. What should I do ? What are the consequences of surgery ?
