Talk to Endocrinologist on High Blood Sugar, Diabetes Diagnosed In Reports

AOA I'm a 21 year old student currently enrolled in university, I have been overweight for a long time probably from adolescent years , my both parents are diabetics. I recently got full body scans and among them was my ( hba1c ) and I had my fasting glucose at 190 that predicted I'm a diabetic but mujhe ajtk koi khas symptoms ni feel Hoye maybe sedentary lifestyle or genetics precursor thy that I got this condition so early but it got me very stressed. now I'm studying DPT so I know a little about diabetes, I diagnosed myself that it might be type 2 so maybe I can fix it with walk and eating less , I got reports 2 days ago and have been starving myself since then but today when I checked my glucose it was 235 why is that? I'm trying my best to reverse it even if there's a scarce chance, please give me advice should I start some medication and what should my schedule be , I've started walking 5k steps for now because I used to be completely sedentary and I'll increase workout with time
