Talk to Gynecologist on High Bp In 29 Weeks 5 Day Pregnancy

i had high bp in pregnancy at 16 week of pregnancy i check from indus hospital jubli town lahore. where doctor prescribed me aldomat 250mg 2 times a day for bp . at 25 week of pregnancy at hospital appointment bp show high 140 something doctor increase my dose aldomat 250mg 3 time a day with loprin 75 mg daily . but now at 29 weeks pregnancy i feel light headache and fast pulse rate . i check my bp at home apparatus which show 116 to118 /79 to 80 then i checked my bp from medical store where after walking is my bp is 157 /84 and after 2 minutes rest 145/82 .what should i do now now i increase aldomat dose or no
