x-ray is attached with report kindly let me know is it treatable as mother having pain and limping and unable to walk.

age? activity level? comorbids? current histoty of limping?

any fever history? UTI, chest infection?

then better get rest, avoid stairs, use cain dor support, seat for prayers and washroom.
if no history of gastritis or allergies, use
Tab Acemed 100mg 1+1
cap thiolax 4mg 1+1
inj indrop d once weekly for 6 weeks
tab chewcal 1 daily for 30 days
physical examination is advised.

Need more detailed history. There is doubt about fracture on right hip bone ( inferior pubic bone) should be clinically correlated. Better if patient can be physically seen by any orthopedic Surgeon near you .
