Talk to Dermatologist on Itchy Bumps On Forehead

2 years ago i had isotretinoin course for almost 5 months and my acne was vanished. Now for like an year again these itchy bumps type thing keep coming back on my forehead again and again. The doc which prescribed me the isotretinoin said that it is just aczema, and she gave me advantan oitment. Now its been almost year my forehead gets clear, whenever i sweat it came back and im sick of it. Just need a permanent solution. Can someone tell me what should i use?
