person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 36 years old, RAHIM YAR KHAN

Hi sir, I have a deep stone Chronic submandibular gland infection (chronic sialadenitis) with a salivary stone (sialolithiasis) blocking the duct partially. It is not worst as it was earlier. Stone is likely at junction of gland and duct (not visible through X-RAY) but can be felt through finger and observed in Ultrasound. It gives mucus discharge under tongue, relief after drainage, intermittent blockage, not a fresh breath. partial improvement with Clindamycin (DALACIN C). Gland is not bigger but hard to small extent near stone. Is there any Sialendoscopy treatment available? Do you cover EFU Life Insurance?
