Talk to Dermatologist on Is Scabie Correctly Diagnosed?

I have been facing this issue since one week! I visited a dermatologist yesterday, she advised sarox lotion, and at the first sigh she stated it’s scabies. Garmi danay nhi hain? Which obviously doesn’t seem like garmi danay.

I’m still confused is it really scabies? Am i getting propper medication for the right diseas? What i searched is even after single application of sarox lotion scabies start dying! I wanted to make sure about the actual issue Experts please advise.
