Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Allergy - Little Red Spot After Scratch

Dear Dr.s,
My 2 years and 8 month daughter has itchiness problem from last 3 weeks. When she scratch a little pimple make and after 1 day pimple remove by its own or sometime she scratch more it become wound. At the start she has on whole body now only below legs and arms. can you suggest any lotion cream for this. I already used scabies lotion at night and next morning bath.
