Respected Doctor, I have a chronic skin rash on my buttock for the last 1 year. It is a well-defined, ring-shaped (circular) lesion with raised, scaly, and erythematous (red/brownish) borders, while the center appears relatively clear. The area is persistently itchy. I need a proper diagnosis and an antifungal treatment plan (topical/oral) to clear this long-standing infection. Thank you
